Question 1

Are video packs a subscription?

No. A pack is a one-time payment with no renewal, and its unused videos never expire.

Question 2

What happens if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

A video is only counted when it is delivered, so a failed generation costs nothing.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.

Question 4
