Refund Policy

We want every purchase at AI Zombie Couple to work out for you. We also understand that plans change and you may need a refund. Please read this policy before you buy.

AI Zombie Couple sells one-time video packs only. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Refund Eligibility

• Unused video packs: a one-time video pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of its videos have been used.
• Used video packs: once any video from a pack has been used, that pack is not eligible for a refund.
• Failed generations: a video is only counted when a generation completes successfully, so a failed generation, or one blocked by content screening, is never counted and needs no refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria above and want a refund:

1. Contact us: email our support team at contact@ai-zombie-couple.com.
2. Include your details: your account email, order number, purchase date, and the reason for your request.
3. Send it in time: make sure your request arrives within 7 days of your purchase.

Processing Refunds

We review every request and let you know the outcome promptly. Card payments are processed by Stripe; approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
